Refund policy

At mirastudio.ae, each bag is individually handmade and produced to order. As a result, all items are considered final sale.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

2. Eligible Return Cases

Returns are only accepted in cases where:

  • The item has a verified manufacturing defect, or
  • An error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent)

3. Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

To initiate a review, you must provide:

  • Order details
  • Clear photographs of the product and issue
  • A description of the problem

4. Approval Process

All return or replacement requests must be reviewed and explicitly approved by mirastudio.ae prior to sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error, return shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed by mirastudio.ae

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the item shows signs of use, damage not caused by us, or does not meet return conditions.
